At an international science festival, Chit1 Studios paid tribute to seven legendary Indian scientists through the intricate art of nails and thread. Each portrait reflects not just their likeness, but their dreams, discoveries, and dedication to the nation. Over 21 days, with 3,000 nails, 3 kilometers of wool, and 2 kilometers of thread, our team brought these visionaries to life—one loop at a time. This installation is a celebration of intellect, innovation, and inspiration. The process was intensive, but the joy of seeing science and art merge so powerfully made every moment—and every thread—worth it.
